Until 7 In February, the Jean Monnet building of the European Commission in Luxembourg hosted the exhibition of photographs and books "Cuba in Catalonia, the legacy of the Indians", a historical route for relations between Catalonia and the Gran of the Antilles.

The opening took place in the past 21 of January with the presence of the Spanish ambassador in the country, His Excellency Arturo Avello Díez del Corral. The exhibition, organized by the Catalan Center of Luxembourg with the participation of Mireia Olivé and Tate Cabré, of the Catalonia-Cuba Friendship Circle, consists of 20 explanatory roll-ups, of a collection of historical books and the projection of interviews with descendants of Indians who narrate the American adventures of their ancestors, filantrops, entrepreneurs, daring and avant-garde.
During the inaugural act, and after the various interventions, a guided tour of the exhibition took place. The ceremony ended with a vernissage where you could taste typical products of Catalan gastronomy such as crackànies, gift from Casanellas chocolatiers from Vilafranca del Penedès, one of the sponsors of the show.
