With this workshop that we present you will be able to acquire the basic knowledge to leave the in-laws speechless. We will discover the secrets of Catalan sparkling wines and review all the country's wine-growing areas with their particularities. We will break myths deeply rooted in the world of wine. especially, But, we will have a good time tasting an interesting variety of Catalan wines.
The tasting will be carried out by Catalan sommelier Arnau Fijo i Bozicevich, current head of the Barcelona restaurant's cellar Two Peppers. He has worked in various areas of the world of wine - wineries, shops and restaurants— and in territories as diverse as New Zealand or Mexico.
The goal of every sommelier is to bring the world of wine closer to people and to act as a link between those who make it and those who enjoy it… and with the same intention we present this wine tasting workshop.
