- Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22: of the 9 from the morning to 8 evening
- Friday 23: of the 9 from morning to 1 afternoon

The stub to request the reimbursement of postage costs must be added to the envelope intended for the Consulate of the Spanish Embassy and not in the envelope intended for the Electoral Board.
