During this week you will have the opportunity to see a play in Catalan, Luxembourgish (and French with English subtitles) at the Municipal Theater of Esch-sur-Alzette and the National Theater of Luxembourg City. It's about the piece 99%, which have been written by Elies Barberà (Catalan) i Ian de Toffoli (luxembourgish).
The work deals with the delicate subject of minorities through twelve short stories with a very clear common thread. The actors are: Claire returned, Albert Alemany, Elias Barbera, Jenny Beacraft, Arnau Marin and Marta Montie, which have been directed by Anne Simon from Luxembourg. These representations are the result of the joint project "Playing apart", in which three theater companies have participated: Independent Little Lies (Luxembourg), Teatro Excelsior (Italy) and Theater of the Enjolit (Catalonia). In addition to the work, the project has organized three seminars: one of action, one of dramaturgy and one of communication.
