The Weekend 31 March 2 April this 2017 celebra is the anual del edició Spring of Poets. With each any, this poetry festival will spread across Luxembourg verses from poets from all over Europe and beyond for three evenings, Friday and Saturday evenings, in addition to Sunday morning. The recitals will be in various settings: la Kulturfabrik d'Esch-sur-Alzette on Friday, the Théâtre National and the Neimënster Abbey on Saturday and the Simoncini Gallery on Sunday.

This year the Catalan representative is Andreu Gomila. Nascut to Palma de Mallorca on 1977, Gomila is a poet, writer and journalist. He was director of the magazine until a couple of months ago Time Out Barcelona, with which he continues to collaborate. He has published four books of poems: A day in the hell of those who are (the Pomegranate, 2001), Amadeu Oller award and Anna Dodas Memorial award 2003 to the best opera prima of the biennium; Buenos Aires Newspaper (Moll, 2007); here and now (The Gall, 2007); and Street of the days (Bow, 2012). He has also published two novels, the harbor. It won't be anything about me (Moll, 2010), and Continents (Empuriabrava, 2016). And an essay, Fucking generational anthems (Empuriabrava, 2015), about the Catalan music scene. It has been translated into Spanish in Mexico, in the anthology The verses of the acrobats (Paradise Lost, 2005), there is Spain in the anthology The profiles of Odysseus (Calambur, 2007). Some of his poems have been translated into Serbo-Croatian and Estonian.
