Olga Jeczmyk Nowak, versatile linguist, will talk about the "Tools Catalan on the Internet: with, what and when to consult "and describe how to guide us in finding the right word.
The speaker has a degree in Translation and Interpretation at the University Pompeu Fabra. Besides, an MA in Cultural-Linguistic Mediation at the Università La Sapienza in Rome and another in Translation, Interpreting and Intercultural Studies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Today, wrote a doctoral thesis, at the UAB, on cognitive strategies for problem solving translation.
It translator and interpreter French, English, Italian, Polish to Spanish and Catalan. Simultaneous interpretation has been intern at the United Nations, concret FAO in Rome, Director of communication scholars and publishing content on the Terminology Unit of the European Parliament in Luxembourg. He is the author of the blog translation and interpretation 20000languages. It is also a researcher at the research group at UAB AGREEMENT.
