Wednesday 9 May, at 19 hours, present to the premises a play based on three texts by Victor Catalan.
The Duetteatre company brings us the adaptation of three short texts by the writer Catarina Albert i Paradís, better known as Víctor Català. It's "Cross and Stripes", "The Marchioness of Artigues" and "The Infanticide". This last monologue by the author of l'Escala, it was so successful (won the Floral Games of Olot 1898) as controversial and, of results of the strong controversy unfolded, the author decided to adopt the pseudonym with which she eventually passed to posterity. On the local stage we will have, then, in Llorenç Serrahima (which we already know in the CCL) i Montserrat Delgado.

The Duetteatre company is newly created, but its two components have been going around the stages for years.
Montserrat Delgado is part of a nissaga of the performing arts, daughter and granddaughter of zarsuela and theater actors and actresses. From a very young age she entered the Esbart Català de Dansaires. later, l’any 1996 joins the amateur theater company Mira-sol teatre, of Sant Cugat del Vallès, where he plays all the roles of the auca: wardrobe, council office, prompter… and of course, actress. He will also direct for a bunch of years The little shepherds. He has been living in Llançà for two years and is part of the amateur company La Faràndula 69.
Llorenç Serrahima entered the world of theater in the year 1997. He 2001 join the amateur company Fila Zero, of Sant Cugat del Vallès, where he worked as a pointer, props manager, regidori… i d’actor, of couse. L’any 2012 he joined the Mira-sol theater company to direct a comedy written by himself, The inheritance. The same year he started a tour with the zarzuela Song of Love and War. March of 2023, due to a change of residence, He leaves the two companies and begins a stage as director of the company La Faràndula 69, in Llançà. Serrahima wrote, he 2016, a musical monologue about the life of Enrique Granados that premiered at the Catalan Center in Luxembourg (with the author himself in the role of the Catalan musician).
