Wednesday 17, at 19.30, the local Catalan Centre, we invite you to the conference Mateu Turro, Professor of Transport and Territory of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. The title of the conference is "Infrastructure and regional policy: For Catalonia ".
The speaker is Dr. Civil Engineer, Canals i Ports, Master of Science from the University of Michigan and Professor of Transport E.T.. Civil Engineers, Channels and Ports of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He 2009, will be reincorporate-UPC, after working from 1988 until April 2009 the European Investment Bank, where he was Associate Director of the Directorate General of Projects. He was responsible for the evaluation of infrastructure projects in many European countries and partners in the EU, particularly in the field of transport and urban development.
His career has been spent in the field of transport, and financing of urban infrastructure. He is the author of numerous articles and monographs and books Going trans-European.
