Wednesday 27 the 21st Film Cycle of the Catalan Center of Luxembourg begins. As usual, screenings will take place at the Utopia cinema (Avenue of the Faience, Luxembourg Ville) on Monday evenings, with the exception of the last tape (what will we see on wednesday).
The first film will be, then, The plague, directed by Neus Ballús and starring Rosemarie Abella, Maribel Marti, Raul Molist, Mireia Ros and Iurie Timbur. this work, which has already collected some awards, is nominated in five categories at the Gaudí Awards. Tell the curious story of Raül, a farmer who wants to dedicate himself to organic crops, who hires to help him in Iurie, professional Greco-Roman wrestler. Other unusual characters will also participate in the adventure. You can see her on Monday 27, at 21.30, at Cinema Utopia.
The Cycle will continue with the films Snow flake (children's, Saturday 1 February), Story of My Death (d’Albert Serra, he 3 February) and We all want the best for her (by Mar Coll, Wednesday 12 February).
