Wednesday 15 September, at 20.00 hours, l’abadia de Neumünster hosts the last event of the week that the Catalan Center of Luxembourg is dedicating this year to the Diada and the Tricentenary. It is a music and poetry show entitled "Damn Poets".
the actress Sílvia Bel, accompanied by Llúcia Vives on vocals and Carles Beltran's piano, they dive into the darkest and most vivid history of literature, the work of "damned" poets. Verses of passion, amor, anger and melancholy, built by the authors who have ruled our viscera the most. This means, of couse, Baudelaire, but also Pasolini, Miquel Bauçà, Palau i Fabre, Blai Bonet, Sylvia Plath, Andrew Vidal, Verdaguer, Nicanor Parra and other poets selected by Andreu Gomila.
The main language of the show is Catalan, but there will also be readings in Spanish, Italian and French.
