Wednesday 23 February, at 18.30, the local Catalan Centre (88, Rue de la Semois; Luxembourg ville) we invite you to see dead city (original CAT/ES version with English subtitles). 
It is a documentary that has caused a great stir since its release in the cinema (l’any 2014) and especially after the broadcast on the Channel 33 last January.
This complaint film, directed by Xavier Artigas and Xapo Ortega, explains, based on interviews with the protagonists and archive images, a case of police violence affecting the city of Barcelona: the 4F. The night of 4 February 2006 several young people were arrested in relation to the assault of an agent of the Urban Guard, among them, Patricia Heras, who would end up committing suicide years later. Her words and the people who knew her are the guiding thread of this striking tape.
At the end of the screening, the debate will open with the public.
