We are pleased to announce that we implement a "Cycle of Political Confències". This 2015 will be a year of intense electoral activity: elections to the Parliament of Catalonia scheduled for 27 September, municipal elections on 24 of May and elections to the Congress of Deputies and the Senate at the end of the year. For this reason, the Catalan Center of Luxembourg has invited representatives of most of the political forces that are part of the Parliament of Catalonia to come and explain their points of view and their proposals.
The first conference of this cycle will take place on Monday 2 March 2015 at 19.15 Center hours local Catalan Luxembourg (88, Rue de la Semois, Luxembourg Ville). It will be pronounced by Sara Vilà, deputy in the Parliament of Catalonia for Initiative for Catalonia Greens-EUiA. Vila Sara Galan (Rosselló, Segrià, 1979) she is a social and international activist and member of the Parliament of Catalonia for ICV-EUiA. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona and specializes in migration and human movements. His career as an intercultural technique goes through the Union of Peasants, the European Institute of the Mediterranean, the Regional Council of Les Garrigues, the Regional Council of Segrià and the Secretariat for Immigration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, he was also cooperating in Tangier during the 2008 with the Casal dels Infantes del Raval. He is currently an activist for Unity Against Fascism and Racism and the Unadikum International Brigades in Gaza, Palestine. She is an ICV councilor in Rosselló town hall and was elected as a deputy on 2012.
