Friday 25 November, at 19.00 al local, we invite you to a poetry recital in Catalan and Spanish. Specifically,, poetry slam, poetic modality born in the United States during the decade of 1980 which gives great emphasis to the interpretation of the poet, in other words that is, in the act of reciting. Very popular in Germanic speaking countries, including Luxembourg, competitions are organized all over the world slam and, in this sense, we are fortunate to present to you a heavyweight: the runner-up of Spain and Catalonia, Esteve Bosch de Jaureguízar.
Born in Palamós on 1964, he grew up in the neighborhoods of Sagrada Família and Gràcia in Barcelona. He is known as Physiotherapist, given that he works as a physiotherapist in the cardiac units of Bellvitge Hospital, where he teaches in the Continuing Education unit. He is a regular in the alternative poetic circuit (local and state). He won the Llobregat Poetry Slam (Sant Boi-El Prat) the season 2014/2015, the Jaén Grand Slam 2015 and more than a dozen slams throughout Catalonia. Be part of the Poetic Collective 6 in Raya i, with Sant Boi singer-songwriter Toni Jiménez, form a poetic and musical project that led them to win the Fussion Slam L'Hospitalet 2014. They have also participated in the Festa de la República de Sant Boi 2014 and 2016 and at the Acrobates Festival 2015. published The force of a heartbeat (2007), Hospitalia Double Malta (2010), Physiotherapy in cardiac surgery and cardiology (2012) and The day Jack Vegowski decided to dip lollipops in pomace (2016).
