Wednesday 22 April we have prepared a dual activity to celebrate St George (will continue the’day stop with traditional books and roses): our annual general assembly and a pan.
At the 10.30 in the morning, You are all invited to the annual general meeting of the CCL, to be held at our local (88, Rue de la Semois; Luxembourg Ville) with the following agenda (provisional):
1. Activity Report 2017
2. Approval of the Financial Report 2017
3. Plan activities 2018
4. Report on the activities FIEC (International Federation of Associations Catalan) and the HPLC (Action and Liaison Committee of Foreigners)
5. Renewal of the Board
6. Other
We ask that attended the meeting, given the importance for the whole partnership participation and opinions of members, especially at this time. All criticisms and suggestions are not only welcome but are essential.
After the meeting, at 13.00 the same place, I call for a pan. This will serve lunch to discuss, a more relaxed, issues that have arisen during the assembly and, above all, have a good time in good company. The purpose of food is, on the other band, raise funds, at a time of economic difficulties that threaten the activities of the Center Catalan Luxembourg. The price of the meal will be 25 euros (includes paella, drink and dessert).
