Taller d'enigmes amb Josep Maria Ibarra

This workshop introduces us to the world of optical illusions and visual perception through images. This is a very participatory workshop, where everyone can interact at all times… In fact, you have to play tricks, look for hidden animals, answer questions, listen to instructions and even explain the different sensations caused by what appears on the screen.

The animator of the workshop, the writer Josep Maria Ibarra, asks us: surely things are as they seem?

start, then, with a succession of optical tricks that will make us, per example, see pictures on a white wall. We will continue with adventures and reflections taken from The Second Basement Gang, the series of youth short stories created by the author. He will also tell us about real historical riddles so that, once the activity is over, we try to find the solution as a family.

We will count on the collaboration of the houses of Paris, London, Grenoble, Frankfurt, Car, Saragossa, Sevilla i Madrid. To participate, it is essential to register with us contact address.

The author

Josep Maria Ibarra is passionate about history. He created the main characters of The Second Basement Gang making up stories for his two sons and, encouraged by them, has tried to run away from common situations, of predictable stories, of simple mass plots and arguments without intrigue. overall, his books aim to be a bridge between the children's tale and literature for adults. Four books have already been published, which can be read in no predetermined order, and the settings are 18th century India (The Great Moghul), New York the 1872 (The enigma of the Mary Celeste ship), the Poland of 1945 (The Enigma of the Chrononaut) and the Barcelona of 1926 (L’enigma de l’Idzumo). All of them published by Gregal publishing house.
